I have worked in manufacturing and assembly for more than twenty years as a Shift Supervisor of as many as eight-five employees and supervisors. I have also supervised workers in companies aspiring to attain ISO certification and for a company that was ISO certified and a top 10 supplier to Ford Motor Co.I have worked in aerospace logistics in support of US Air Force strategic aircraft in the field as a Logistic Analyst responsible for field repairs facilities. Later after promotion to Logistic Support Specialist I assisted in the start up of a group responsible to Air Force supply managers and base commanders for the movement high priority parts to support Air Force critical mission readiness.I have been assigned by managers to assist a manufacturing engineering in product cost cutting and industrial engineering to assist in the layout, process flow and the design of production equipment.Specialties: I have worked with most Lean manufacturing principles including: 5-S, Kan ban, Value Stream Mapping, Statistical Process Control, Just-in-Time and self-directed work teams.I have also had worked with 6 Sigma principles. I have attended courses to attain a degree in engineering technology and I have had introductory classes in CAD and Solid Works.
