Abril Plug and Play is a startup accelerator created by Editora Abril (the biggest magazine publisher in Brazil) and Plug and Play Tech Center (one of the biggest startup accelerators in Silicon Valley).Worked as business manager in the planning, launch and management of the accelerator:- Recruiting and selecting startups- Creating and running the acceleration program- Recruiting mentors- Setting goals for the startups and analyzing results- Connecting startups with the corporation business units and professionals from other big companies- Creating and running the marketing campaigns to attract the best startups- Setting up workshops and events to improve the startups and Abril’s professionals skills in different knowledge fields (e.g. entrepreneurship, marketing, analytics, user experience)- Working and negotiating with different teams (e.g. legal, financial, HR, IT) to break down corporate barriers and make the project viable - Establishing strategic partnerships

Worked as the Business Intelligence Manager for Digital Media being responsible to collect, manage, analyze the data of all products / brands in all digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, digital magazines):- Managing a multidisciplinary team of 10 people with different skills (development, DBM, statistics, business)- Working with Abril’s business units on the development and optimization of the digital products- Defining the Abril’s digital KPIs and executive reports- Running projects with different teams and profiles (e.g. marketing, advertising, content, technology, social media, ecommerce)- Making market studies and competitive analysis- Setting metrics standards for the company- Managing the analytics tools implementation (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst) and data collection in order to achieve a cross-channel and cross-device vision of the data- Managing and implementing a Business Intelligence solution (based on Microstrategy platform) to automate the extraction of dozens of different databases from different sources and consolidate in analytics reports and dashboards for executives, managers and analysts of all the organization- Negotiating with sevices and tools vendors- Creating an analytics and metrics culture in digital business providing training and encouraging the use of metrics in the day-to-day
