I want to integrate my project management skills into my growing IT skillset so that clients can leverage technology and mitigate disruptions to their business making for greater efficiency and business maturity.As a project manager I was in continuous contact with clients and played a key role in providing a positive customer experience and a commitment to their vision. I constantly assess the terrain, identify risks, and provide the best way to proceed. I build relationships with clients, facilitating their journey through the different processes involved from onboarding to invoicing. I develop the customer relationship through precise communication and by gaining insight to the client’s thoughts and opinions I am able to proactively adapt to the client’s expectations for the project in real time. The information gained from my role as the customer service liaison also allows for general process improvement and which brings the customer experience to higher levels of satisfaction.I coordinated with team leads and members, created the project schedule and ensured milestones were reached. I routinely conducted meetings with client executives and their team members, in house and third party design team members, subcontractor leads and onsite personnel, and nationwide vendors making sure the customer experience was on brand for our company values resulting in repeat business with clients over the years.I am currently studying for my CompTIA A+ Certification with expected completion in the middle of the second quarter. I will follow that with my Cisco CCNA certification with the expected completion date at the end of 2022.
