Working to assist Superintendent and Project manager on day to day operations.

• Surveyed projects using total station to lay gridlines, shoot and transfer elevations• Created and managed RFI’s as well as other construction documents• Managed Safety orientations and soil disturbance permitting for project• Implemented Sequencing plans and maps for outstanding work and coordination

• Served as the leader representative over the island of Kauai• Expected to lead, train, and maintain goals over a group of 100 volunteers• Resolved the concerns of diverse groups of people while managing their needs• Became comfortable speaking in front of groups including leadership training ​
