Engine EcoPhils, Inc. aim is to distribute well-proven environmental products and/or devices and we are starting out as the worldwide distributor of the "Carbon Cutter" which is a gov't-verified emission & Univ-proven consumption reduction device.Our aim is to license firms in other developing countries to market the device in their own location around the world in an effort to help reduce existing worldwide vehicle pollution levels. The Carbon Cutter is gov't-verified to be able to reduce diesel PM2.5/10 emissions by 75%, gasoline/petrol HCs by 65% and CO2 by 16% so we known with certainty that we can do this.A second effect of the device is that public utility drivers who have it installed on their vehicle save on average 15-20% of their fuel expenses which increases their take-home pay as they must pay for their own fuel from their daily earnings. The drivers also enjoy the device after installation for the reason that the Carbon Cutter is also gov't-verified to increase engine power.In the Philippines we are partnering with an NGO (http://fti2009.com) that obtains work for disabled people and we will train them to fabricate the device for us. We will also ensure they are paid well for this assistance.
