I continue to control the company's LMS on behalf of the operation's direction focusing on developing new features for the users, keeping contents updated but primarily managing data extraction and analysis.Since my main responsibility goes around data, I mainly manage all training and development’s information acting on 3 primary fronts, dashboards creation, data analysis and result based process improvements.

Initially focused on testing the newest company's LMS to later migrate all training contents stored in the former one.Later on, I became operation’s main contact for updating, testing and managing of the LMS.Finally, I was part of an incredibly creative group of people creating learning contents for the company’s new and current employees for their personal and professional training and development.

My main responsabilities as an internal trainer in the company goes from training new employees to teaching high risk skill upgrades to everyone that needs them. Also, I'm responsible of the evaluation, analysis and monitoring of the participants' knowledge acquisition while developing and implementing new training techniques.I always focused on creating memorable learning experiences.

The Securitas Direct Alarm Receiving Center is the largest in Europe and manages more than 20,000 signals received from different alarm devices per day. In 2018 Securitas Direct reached one million customers only in SpainMy main responsibility was to receive analyze and solve alert signals from all the different type of sensors that are controlled and overviewed by the Verisure panels located all over Spain and connected to the alarm center as soon as possible (in less than 2 minutes) maintaining over a 90% quality score service.

The Venezuelan American Center (CVA) is a binational cultural center founded in 1941 in Caracas, Venezuela with the aim of strengthening ties of friendship between the people of Venezuela and the United States of America. The main purpose of the institution is to share the culture from both countries as well as teach either English or Spanish to anyone interested in learning despite of the language they originally speak. As an ESOL teacher my job was to teach all levels of English to groups of 10 to 30 students divided in kids, teens and adults keeping an educational and motivational environment in the classroom. I was also in charge of evaluating their oral and written language skills to certify that the knowledge was acquired and they could pass to the next level or repeat the one they were studying.

Provided online answers to different physics’ questions to students from all over the world through the Chegg.com platform in less than 2 hours giving correct and complete answers that could be subject to quality control analysis by the company.

As a Vice-President the focus of my work was establishing the team’s objectives to obtain the highest score in the team’s history and end all the tests in the competition.On the other hand, working as the deputy team leader of the technical department I planned and conducted tasks in the development of the lightless, cheapest and most reliable vehicle in the team's history
