Responsible for driving worldwide business partner channel revenue for IBM Rational software portfolio through resellers and Independent Software Vendors. Created reusable marketing materials for different media and identified new and creative ways to go-to-market for different routes which included direct, channel and telemarketing. • Developed and executed custom marketing campaigns with North American business partner’s consistently growing revenue by 30% annually. • Identified revenue shortfalls for multiple countries and implemented plans to close gaps requiring recruiting, activating and growing existing Business Partners.• Conceived and executed new and innovative go-to-market strategies including internet marketing, campaigns in-a-box and web syndication.• Created program which allowed Business Partners to brand products with Ready for IBM Rational Software validation. Recruited over 40 Business Partners to join community in first year and established business partner pavilion at IBM Rational Conference with over 60 participating partners and 3,500 attendees.

Launched new approach to creating brand and product awareness by sponsoring Software Industry Associations, user groups and colleges. Coordinated IBM technology speakers to present new products and technologies to wide and diverse audience.• Conceived and coordinated New York Software Industry Association software developer day which included Hillary Clinton and Mayor Bloomberg as key note speakers to over 1,200 attendees.• Initiated and coordinated more than 75 technical presentations annually in comprehensive marketing program. • Managed relationships with Massachusetts Software Council and Rhode Island Software council and convinced them to jointly sponsor College Educations Days in both areas to gain exposure for IBM technologies to college students.• Initiated, promoted and successfully carried out program to persuade colleges and universities to incorporate IBM WebSphere, a high performance e-business engine into their curricula.

Managed team of five Marketing Representatives to recruit Software Development Companies to port, test and validate applications on IBM hardware and software assuring good customer experience for purchased third party applications.• Conceived new branding program and managed worldwide recruitment of software development companies to write and test applications for compatibility (Netfinity Server Proven Program).• Recruited over 200 Software developers to adopt newly-announced WebSphere application server and ebusiness philosophy. Provided education and access to IBM hardware to test newly developed or ported applications.

Increased IBM market share through drag - packaging IBM hardware with Vendor applications, by negotiating joint marketing plans with major software development companies. • Grew IBM’s market share with Parametric Technology Corporation, $1B engineering software company, from 0% to 15% in 4 years.• Developed, coordinated, and executed international marketing plans. Designed Sales Guides, tutorials, and portable demo hardware environments.

Managed new account territory for 5 years and grew existing mid-market territory for 4 years. • Consistently exceeded quota assignments by delivering new accounts annually requiring software developers to port Vendor applications to operate on IBM’s new high computational work stations -RS/6000 for 4 years.• Sold AS/400 mid-range computer systems to retail and manufacturing entities, producing up to $6M in annual revenue overachieving quota for 4 years.

Performed manufacturing cost accounting for 8,000 employee semi conductor plant. Completely re-designed and seamlessly installed the costing process for a multi stage, two facility manufacturing process, resulting in a more powerful production management and analysis tool. Built user interfaces, set up reporting system, wrote user manuals and trained 40 Cost Accountants.
