I head up the Digital Transformation team in Minttulip and have 13 years’ consulting experience with enterprise customers seeking to change the way they do business with cloud and mobile technology. I am a confident leader, I build strong relationships with my teams and my customers and find good communication, trust and transparency essential to a successful engagement. I have led enterprise digital transformations for organisations such as Arriva, Home Retail Group, Royal Mail, Young’s, Post Office and ISS Global as well as many high growth SMEs.As a Digital Transformation Architect it's my job to understand and help define my customers' goals and ambitions, then apply my experience and methodology to assess where they are today and help design where they need to be.The real value I bring to customers is architecting the transformation programme itself, bringing together the business, human and technology elements into a programme of work that can be assessed as a business case as well as measured through its delivery. Readying the business is a key focus area, not least of which the people side of change management and have a strong belief in the ADKAR model for driving adoption as well as setting up proactive Centre's of Excellence to take ongoing ownership of new operating practices, technologies and ways of working. I have a broad technical background from Infrastructure and Desktop to Mobility and Apps, Specialising in the Microsoft Stack of cloud services such as ECS, Office 365, EMS, SharePoint, Yammer and Azure.
