• The Croda graduate development program moved me to different positions and sites each year. This allowed me to develop a range of skills and lead a variety of projects.Across my placements I held the following roles.
• Y1 – Graduate Mechanical Engineer - Draftsmanship. I created and updated P&IDs/isometric drawings for the engineering team - Early stage concept design. I created 3D models to present proposals to senior management.
