As Product Owner of the Item Picker I am responsible to maximize the value delivered by the development team and ensuring that the roadmap is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. This includes creating a product vision and managing the development team, but also enabling platform developments to support the product and the team in the most valuable way.

From my experience with customers and successfully doing projects, I became the team lead of the service and installation team.As team lead I was responsible to make sure that the installations of new systems was a smooth operation, but also to ensure solid service to all existing systems in the field. Due to my system knowledge I also operated from a technical role, helping out wherever needed. For the R&D department I took on the stakeholder role to represent customers. This in order to feed back information from the field into the development, to continuously improve our products.

As integration engineer I was responsible to discuss the project and features requests with customers in order to also develop and integrate these into the Smart Robotics solutions. This to increase performance and capabilities of the system improving the customer satisfaction.During this period I worked on multiple robotic solutions and customers, ranging from (un)loading cutting machines, testing navigation systems, building pre-fab walls, and, the first implementation of the Item Picker.
