This includes all interactions with new customers, delivering exceptional service to our agency partners and all operational aspects of Paystream's sales process.Since joining umbrella sales conversions have increased by over 20% and sales of our PSC have increased exponentially.

I managed a team of 15 direct sales consultants selling finance solutions into the professions marketplace, with a specific focus on the legal and accountancy sectors. The team hit target in FY08 of £38.5 million turnover and over £1.5 million in profit.Revenue was generated from the acquisition of new clients through direct marketing and effective management of existing clients to maximise account profitability through cross selling and upgrades. The team was regularly the highest performing division in the group.Responsibilities included the creation, development and execution of the team’s sales strategy, forecasting future business, reviewing pipeline opportunities, setting and managing against specific KPI’s, supporting team members in their transactions, recruitment and ensuring adequate training and development was provided in both sales and and the relevant issues affecting our target sectors.
