The purpose of my role was to extend Quantum’s market coverage. The quality and volume of the work delivered by myself and the Demand Nurture Team brought a high level of new and repeat business for Quantum.Daily I would be executing an end to end marketing campaign, reaching out to numourous high level decision makers at the biggest technology companies around the world. My activities would consist of building a high quality database on a CRM system. I would use this data to execute a variety of integrated marketing techniques, such as letters, emails, social media to leverage in my future calls. I would then call up the potential client, introducing Quantum and discussing their marketing plans, then I would propose Quantum's most pertinent marketing services to their needs, finding out whether there was a potential synergy between our companies.Based on the call I would determine if a follow up appointment with one of our Sales/Account Directors would be beneficial for both parties to prosper. Essentially my primary role was to support Quantum’s Sales team. I was an active participant in territory and account planning to support the team.
