- Part of Johnson Controls Fan Group (PennBarry Brand).- Responsible for managing, planning and directing all aspects of New Product Introduction projects.- Contributing to new product ideation, by capturing key "what-if, need-to-know gaps" and creating cases for engineering to review, preparing preliminary calculations and feasibility.- Led a multifunctional/multinational team to introduce additional product offerings of advanced motor technologies within the established timeline and budget increasing the commercial business revenue by 10% on annual basis.
