As a Vice President of Customer Development, my job is to engage with existing customers, improve customer retention, and work with those customers to improve satisfaction level with the Z-Band product. The second facet of the job is working to develop new customers, in different geographic regions of the country and in new vertical markets. These customers are able to use Z-Band's current product set, and in our losses, I am able to gain valuable information that will help Z-Band develop its next generation of products. In this position I am focused on helping Z-Band grow into a leadership position in the Audio Visual & Visual Information industry. I don't see this as a typical "Sales" position, Z-Band will have a heavy focus on learning from our customers, learning from our competitors, and using every market experience to grow us and guide us into being a better company, and proving better service and support to our customers.

Our latest set of products is an enterprise level IP Video line covering technologies such as encoding, transcoding, video recording, On-Demand entertainment, and display technologies. The product set is low latency, easy to manage and is designed to succeed in environments where high quality, low latency video is a must. Z-Band continues to expand its product scope and has a viable solution for almost any video project in the world today.

As a Territory Manager for Cabletime USA I am responsible for developing the Cabletime footprint in the Government as well as commercial sectors of the Washington DC, Raleigh, Atlanta, Miami, and Orlando Metro areas. Cabletime provides me with the opportunity to meet customers, assess needs, and design appropriate solutions for customer environments. By going to market through direct "cold" calls, email blasts, industry publications, and trade shows; Cabletime is able to reach a wide variety of customers and has experienced over 100% company growth in the last 5 years. At Cabletime I have had involvement in several of company's largest projects in last 12 months. These projects have included Military Bases, Military Academies, Banking Institutions, and Law Firms. I look forward to being one the forefront of Cabletime's growth in the coming years.
