In my relatively short time as GxP IT Application Manager at a Pharmaceutical CDMO, I have been responsible for 4 GxP critical systems. It has been an amazing opportunity to learn from and try my hands at responsibilities far above my level of skill. That being said, I have much more to learn and find myself longing for more qualified governance and structure going forward.I thrive in the GxP setting, with the quality mindset and the governance. I enjoy meticulously planning and preparing every aspect of my work - counterintuitively I do it to ensure as much flexibility as possible without need for compromises. Plans change, even in a controlled setting, so staying on top of everything, I find is the best way for me to stay content.
