It's difficult, yet giving focused attention is the tangible proof of showing you care. And, not everything that's brought to us needs our solution - sometimes what our people need is simply to hold space with another human being. Often times our people - clients and teammates alike - can find solutions through their own means of creativity and resourcefulness. Focusing on our people, listening to their needs, being present, doing the things we say we will. Sounds simple? This is the Hard Work of Professional Life in Modern Times.
