Procured 5 C-17 aircraft in order to safely and efficiently transport equipment from Camp Pendleton, CA to Santiago, Chile. Equipment included but was not limited to over 20 containers, small arms several thousand rounds of ammunition, over 9000 combat rations, and 4 CH-46 helicopters.Supervised the safe, and efficient on-load of all above mentioned equipment on to (5) C-17 aircraft. Procured multiple vehicles and support assets from external agencies while operating in an outlying area. Due to our own equipment failing inspections, or maintenance issues that our mechanics were not able to fix. Without the vehicles that we were able to procure, we would have been unable to accomplish our mission. Responsible for Planning and Coordinating all movements of employees and equipment from locations in Houston TX, Austin TX, Corpus Christi TX, Harlingen TX, and Bossier City, LA throughout the United States.Ensure carrier compliance with Federal policies and procedures for equipment transit and delivery.Procured, finalized, and ensured payment of dozens of contracts with transportation companies to transport Marines to different training areas across the US.Utilized multiple hotels in the local area to house Marines anywhere between 1 night to well over a year at a time and coordinated the payment of nearly $1,000,000 in hotel bills.

Collected over 160,000 toys for more than 30,000 families in Houston TX.Collected over $100,000 in monetary donations for Houston Toys For Tots.Responsible for staffing over 120 events with Marines and the management of over 200 toy donation sites throughout the greater Houston TX metropolitan area.With about 20 Marines on my staff including myself, I was able to have at least 2 Marines attend more than 120 events in order to raise awareness of the Toys For Tots Charity Organization and more importantly encouraging maximum participation from the local community to create a better holiday season for thousands of children in Houston, Tx.Reduced operational related spending 80% enabling more funds to be used to purchase additional toys.Transported over 100,000 toys from our storage facility in the Houston Heights to the distribution center in Downtown Houston.

• Facilitated the logistical planning between the U.S. and Japanese governments, enabling over 2000 employees to safely and effectively conduct and complete training objectives.• Integrated short fuse logistical requirements to move equipment and food to employees who were training, which resulted in 100% equipment operation in full support to employees in outlying areas.• Coordinated all logistical requirements via email and telephone relaying complicated and detailed requirements to the South Kanto Defense Bureau. • Ensured carrier compliance with company policies and procedures for equipment transit and delivery.• Led and taught a culturally diverse team of 30 individuals including people from the U.K., Haiti, South Africa, Japan, and the U.S. in properly, safely, and effectively preparing 40 million dollars worth of equipment to be loaded onto freight ships, which resulted in no damage to equipment and no injury to personnel.• Delegated duties and responsibilities to 30 contractors and vendors through the Japanese government.• Maintained the movement of more than 80 vehicles and trailers on a day-to- day basis throughout the Japan.• Compiled detailed information in order to insure the safe and efficient transportation of 240 military vehicles and other U.S. government assets over three years totaling in over 175 million dollars.• Facilitated the safe and efficient movement of 2000 Marines throughout numerous locations in Japan, resulting in no loss or injury to personnel involved.• Tracked vehicles, fuel, and mileage for organization through the Marine Corps Transportation Capacity Planning Tool, to ensure accountability.
