Responsible for Planning and Coordinating all movements of employees and equipment from locations in Houston TX, Austin TX, Corpus Christi TX, Harlingen TX, and Bossier City, LA throughout the United States.Ensure carrier compliance with Federal policies and procedures for equipment transit and delivery.Procured, finalized, and ensured payment of dozens of contracts with transportation companies to transport Marines to different training areas across the US.Utilized multiple hotels in the local area to house Marines anywhere between 1 night to well over a year at a time and coordinated the payment of nearly $1,000,000 in hotel bills.
