I am an experienced business- and communication-coach and I am predominantly focused on developing soft skills and management skills for staff and management at companies in various industries. Through my experience in corporate training I have developed a strong interest in pedagogy and learning about different methods of learning and communicating. I like to explore new ideas and this has, among other things, led me to use technological equipment such as VR in my programs. I also have extensive experience from B2B- as well as B2C-sales and retail.I am a Sinologist, and over the years I have lived, worked and studied in Asia I have gained an elevated understanding of Asian cultures and business culture.I am curious by nature and always interested in acquiring new knowledge and skills.
