I am an experienced IT professional with extensive background in Data Architecture.Before moving into higher education at Temple University, I had a 15+ year career as a Data Architect in industry at companies including Siemens, AT&T, Bristol Myers Squibb, Unisys, Crayola, PPL Electric, Dun & Bradstreet, Ellucian, Accenture and Vanguard. Typically, the first Data Architect in an organization, I advocate for the use of data governance and analytics. I put into place processes and standards for improving quality and ensuring one version of the truth for enterprise data within the organization. And I lead the use of new data warehousing and business intelligence technologies to provide valuable insight into the organization’s data.
