Lead requirements gathering sessions, functional design reviews, and validation processes.-Execute product test strategies ensuring traceability between testing outcomes and requirements. Address and prioritize reported incidents to maintain production integrity.-Leverage Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage projects effectively providing mentoring, application walk-throughs and product technical guidance to stakeholder audiences in multiple business divisions and geographies.More than 20 active process applications that automate, finance, HR, IT, customer support, security compliance and commercial business operations.

-Develop corporate dashboards using automated macros, VBA scripting and Microsoft office 365 cloud resources in order to report environmental data insights adhering to ISO:14001 standards.-Implement data modeling best practices to build scalable data repositories leveraging Microsoft office 365 tools.-Create detailed documentation of data processing operations to analyze actionable improvements of data management solutions.
