I currently serve as a fitness instructor at Punch King LLC in North Haven, CT, where I dedicate my time to sales and class instruction. For my classes, I uniquely create hour-long workouts tailored to Punch King's objectives. In sales, I excel in phone calls with leads, employing Punch King's proven sales strategies while using my own conversational skills: expressing enthusiasm, paying attention to detail, and taking notes during the call. Successfully making sales requires a varied skill set because we are selling expensive, premium memberships. However, drawing from my diverse work experience, including roles as a receptionist in Garden City, NY, a Peer Catalyst (Classroom Mentor) at Quinnipiac University, and an overnight Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Sloane in Lakeville, CT, I've sharpened my ability to effectively communicate with individuals with all personalities, attitudes, and expectations.
