Infrastructure development of Martis Camp luxury resort community near Lake Tahoe. 653 multi-million dollar homesites on 2,100 acres. Construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and commissioning for $150+ million pro forma of construction activities. Directly responsible for critical path acceptance of public water system and final approval of first 6 phases of development (allowing for first certificates of occupancy).
