Computer Software Development and Direct Sales Responsible for the day to day operations of a small business incorporated in the state of Arkansas. Managed 4 employees related to this start -up, in the fields of Executive Assistant, Sales Manager, and Software Development. Main Software Project includes the design and programming of a product to allow computer administrators the ability to support hundreds of computers through an easy to use web console and compiled client application.

BigFix was acquired by IBM and I transitioned to an IBM employee in September.

a CompuCom Contract Primary responsibilities include the administration and support of over 4800+ Windows and Linux based Dell/HP servers. Developed and tested several tools to assist in my teams primary responsibility by using Visual Basic w/a central Access Database. Performed remote administration tasks by dispatching and coordinating repairs of on -site technicians and working with vendors for parts replacements . Performed troubleshooting investigations related to the Microsof t Operating System. Working directly with Microsoft to analyze memory dumps and root cause analysis.

IT Consulting and Project Management Managed a variety of projects related to Information Technology. o Managed 5 employees which supplied the main workforce to run day to day operations. Executive Assistant and four Computer Technicians. o Built and Managed the Daily Operations for Domain Networks. Including the design and implementation of Exchange Servers for Business. o Designed and Implemented a Microsoft Sharepoint Team Collaboration website with special programs to link and communicate directly with the Sha repoint website. o Managed and Maintained the IT infrastructure for the Rodeo of the Ozarks. o Designed and Implemented a City Wide wireless project within the City of Johnson. o IT infrastructure support and design for the Champions for Kids Razorfest. A non - profit event that attracts more than 70,000+ people annually. o Setup accounting and financial systems, including training, for a multi -million dollar Fayetteville Arkansas property management company. o Setup specialized Case management software and support th e entire network infrastructure at the Niblock Law Firm. o Designed and tested a prototype touch screen in -car computer system with links to the central office via the city-wide wireless project previously setup.

Owner/President

Designed a specialized software package for determining the "footprint" and pressure of aluminum rims while mounted to a car. Allowing the Mechanical engineers to determine pressure points via a colored graph of pressures at different points. Designed using Visual Basic 6. Wrote a PHP based website with authentication hosted on a Linux server for cataloguing aluminum special parts and their assembled components for two different casting plants to communicate better. This website also handled inventory levels and orders processing.
