I represented a large line of diverse lighting manufacturers by providing price estimates on large projects all while maintaining and developing relationships with both specifiers and distributors. Projects ranged in value of several thousand to multi-million dollars in architectural, commercial, and residential applications. I designed Eaton lighting systems to provide high tech and state of the art control for scene-setting, dimming, emergency switching, and more. I reviewed and created detailed drawings to submit controls proposals using Bluebeam and AutoCad software programs.I coordinated with architects, contractors, designers, and distributors to fulfill needs and drive projects to completion. I assisted in sales, customer service, and project management for these jobs on both lighting and controls sides. Worked in conjunction with these departments while working to achieve company goals.

I guided prospective tenants through leasing process while providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism. I managed 5 different independent projects over the course of 12 weeks with the result of making strong contributions to the current business needs of the company through research, financial analysis, and collaboration inside and outside the plant. I Improved and fostered cooperative learning of 30 undergraduate students taking introductory physics course through interpersonal interaction and effective questioning. I also assisted the instructor in grading pre-labs, labs, collaborative problems, and quizzes meanwhile attending to the needs of each student.

I taught 3 intensive 20-hour summer courses in mathematics for students (grades 2-8) and privately tutored 3 students. Meanwhile, made necessary preparations by researching, planning and writing over 40 hours of extensive and detailed curriculum for current and future use. I increased the efficiency of the school by 25% by organizing information and test records of over 250 students from around the state. I manage placement testing for 6-12 students a week by collecting contact information, creating student/parent profiles, and proctoring the NWEA MAP test. I represent the school and create a pleasant and professional experience through constant interaction with parents in person, over the phone, and through email.
