School-wide inclusion-style classroom environment demanded broad integration of special-education scaffolds and accommodations for both individual students and larger groups. Extensive advisory/Social Emotional Learning curriculum designed to foster mindfulness and high-level academic and personal investment in students. Spearheaded reorganization of 7-10 Social Studies/History Scope & Sequence to align with both state and Advanced Placement/Pre-AP standards; coached individual teachers on curriculum development, instructional delivery, and assessment planning; spearheaded use of GoogleClassroom, ItsLearning and Schoology LMS platforms to flip classroom and integrate technology in classrooms across disciplines and grade levels; piloted Portfolio and Competency-based assessment models in preparation for larger schoolwide shift; co-founded Honors program culminating in individual/independent Social Science and STEM research/portfolio presentations by grade 9/10 students
