About Daniel Holloway Campos
A Mechanical Engineer (MEng) from Seville University with an MSc in Advanced Motorsport Engineering from Cranfield University, currently working in the development of an EV prototype platform in China as part of Applus IDIADA. Having previously worked at McLaren F1 as battery design engineer, I continue to widen my practical knowledge and gain experience in EV mobility. I consider I have the skills and talent upon which to build and develop the creativity and imagination all engineers must have for solving problems. I am willing to learn as much as possible from any experience as well as offering the company a hard working member with enthusiasm, motivation and original ideas.

In charge of chassis components specification definition and design supervision, through to final assembly and testing as well as supplier management and coordination.Front and rear vehicle module assembly coordinator. Provide continuous support and guidance for module marriage to BIW, module lab testing as well as vehicle performance and functional compliance together with VD team. As a battery design engineer, I have been involved in the development and design of a wide variety of mechanical components within the energy storage system of the 2017/2018 F1 cars, from safety devices to test rigs and harnesses/bus bars, as well as many other components in a wide variety of materials (including rapid prototyping and composites). I have been actively involved in packaging design, composed technical procedure documentation and supported manufacturing and assembly activities.
