As Head of IT & Mobile app development I had to lead the entire IT team - reporting directly to the CEO of SignTech Forms - leading and coordinating several projects with the dev team in Hungary, India and the UK. My task involved discussion with potential clients and executive level managers (scoping, budgeting and initiating the project) - alongside with expectation and stakeholder management across the entire project, whilst on the other hand working with the development on daily bases - inspiring and leading individuals with my ‘merged motivational framework’ based on the learned business coaching methods, the intrinsic motivational framework and situational leadership.
