Lead the creation of branding, communication strategies, and digital projects that help health and academic institutions reach new audiences, create community, and inspire change, transformation, and meaningful dialog.

Design, develop, and deliver internal and external strategic communications to raise the profile of the UBC Faculty of Medicine's education programs. Responsibilities include government, public, and media relations.

Provided communication support for projects in medical education, including the establishment of the UBC Centre for Health Education Scholarship, and a range of activities in support of the distributed MD undergraduate program. Created content for 4-page insert in major BC media outlets, Vancouver Sun, Victoria Times Colonist, and Prince George Citizen. Co-editor of 2009 Apex Award for Feature Series Writing for BC Medical Journal issue on distributed medical education. Created the first MD distributed program viewbook, and designed site information sessions to engage and recruit prospective students. Authored a series of reports on the progress of expansion and distribution of MD program for stakeholders including provincial government, university, and health authority partners.

Designed curriculum and taught: Creative Writing, Journalism, Contemporary Literature

Managed internal communication channels for dealers and service technicians, as well as web-based tools supporting business operations. Created presentations for key internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate benefits of logistics systems supporting parts and service. Position required collaboration with internal engineers and marketing, and external dealers and technicians.
