Pipeline scope includes 350km of production gathering systems, fuel gas, diesel, and high pressure sour gas injection. Responsibilities include:• Act as liaison between home office engineering and pipeline construction, and ensure resolution of site queries• Manage interfaces between pipelines and plant piping; pipeline and civil foundations and supports• Interface with client’s pipeline engineers and project management to reach agreements on critical design items, such as crossing methodologies of existing high pressure pipelines• Review of construction drawings, particularly for crossings of high pressure services, cathodic protection installation, alignment sheets, station approach ISOs, vendor drawings (pig traps, MIJs, pipeline valves, anchor flanges)

Commissioning of 291km, 42” gas transmission pipeline and delivery stations in states of San Luis Potosi, Guanajuato and Queretaro in Mexico. Activities included:• Development of in-line inspection scope of work and contractor bid evaluation• Lead pipeline internal inspection activity using caliper pig• Lead pipeline and station piping drying to -30°C dew point using high flow nitrogen injection• Develop commissioning and testing step-by-step work instructions for piping, valves and mechanical equipment• Designated Station Lead for up to three Regulation and Metering Stations, with the following responsibilities:o Manage and perform mechanical commissioning and pre-commissioning activities: piping blowing, drying, leak testing, valve seat testing, oxygen purge, gas packing, PSV calibration, instrument calibration. o Gas-in Process: Manage direct-hire labor, client’s operators, and pig tracking contractor during gas-in of pipeline sections and metering stationso Manage personnel and contractors for commissioning of control systems, instrumentation, flow computer, control valves, gas analyzers, electrical systems, emergency generator and utilities.o Manage client’s operators’ daily activities.o Responsible for safety, and authorizing work permits in an operational environment.

Scope of work includes low pressure gas and water gathering systems, approximately 750km of HDPE pipelines, and 120km of high pressure gas transmission pipeline.
