- Overall Brand Design: Lead the conceptualization and execution of the overall brand design for properties across Asia and Europe.- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction for visual design, editorial design, and social media design to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand image.- Seasonal Campaigns: Develop and produce stunning visuals for seasonal campaigns as part of the marketing plan. This includes creating digital ads, marketing design, illustrations, print design, product and packaging visuals. - Digital & Print Assets: Generate a variety of digital and print assets, ranging from banners and edm, social media posts to offline activation and branding collaterals.- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and internal creative teams to develop digital channels and execute product launches, sale campaigns, and other branding initiatives. - Cross-Functional Support: Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Sales team, local digital marketing team, and product team to create a social media marketing strategy that promotes customer engagement and brand awareness.

Collaborate with event planning teams to understand design requirements and thematic elements. Produce event collateral such as banners, signage, and promotional materials.- Motion Graphics: Design dynamic and visually stunning motion graphics for promotional videos, presentations, and online content. Collaborate with the content creation team to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into multimedia projects. Stay abreast of emerging trends in motion graphic design and implement innovative techniques.
