𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁A statement I live by, it priorities how we should not prioritise a customer over an employee or vice versa. This concept has allowed for me to work in an industry where my service is highly reliant on interacting with customers and how first impressions can leave a lasting impression.My passion for helping people really started with my creative interest in photography which revolved around communicating with the customer and taking them along with you on the journey to tell the story through your images. Over this time I have learnt a lot of what it takes to connect with others through the way you position yourself.I have been very fortunate to be working in my role at Apple which allows me to do my best work by supporting customer’s after the point of sale. My job revolves heavily on “mending the relationship customers have with their devices” while assisting in resolving technical issues they may have. The expertise and guidance this has offered has shaped me as a person and I will continue to grow within this company. Listening to audiobooks has been a big part of my self development, from starting my first business to creating daily habits has been something I have found joy in the process of achieving “success”, as I am 20 years old as of today, this will continue to adapt. I am an optimist for the future and very excited what the next 2, 5, 10 years will bring into my life.I will now leave you with my favourite quote:As Steve Jobs famously once said, “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that dots will somehow connect in your future.”
