Troubleshooting, training and auditing.Spanish technical interaction with systems administrators and IT heads of big customers. I also can create proper technical documentation and procedures.eMail skills: DNS, mail routing, Lotus, Exchange, ActiveSync and mobile device config.Mobile devices: knowledge of MDM concepts and IT policies, mobile operating system options and configuration (account, profiles, syncing...) and interested on day by day news about all mobile ecosystems.SQL skills: ports, permissions, logins, backup...Communications: ports, protocols, TCP/IP, basic routing, firewall, proxy, mapi,...Also worked as a field service support with routing and optical fiber equipment. But this does not delight me.On my free time, very excited creating my own project with:mySQL, PHP, codeigniter, bootstrap, fabricjs, illustrator automations with javascript, git.
