I supported the development and delivery of quality programs for the Sierra Leone country office, including the Sierra Leone Coastal Resilient Project with $29million in funding from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the National COVID-19 Education Emergency Response Project with funding from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) through the World Bank.

Led the communications and campaigns component of the National COVID-19 Education Emergency Response Program implemented by the GPE 7 NGO-Consortium in Sierra Leone.

Developed and implemented program objectives, policies, and procedures such as Project Governance Models with community-based organizations to deliver on the catalyzing youth leadership for education reform project.Supporter the recruitment of 12 Youth-Led CSOs and distribute $10,000 in grants to each CSO for education programming.Worked with the Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance, and Procurement units to ensure effective program delivery in 16 districts.Provided technical assistance such as Project Reporting and Community Engagements to CSOs within 10 months of project implementation.
