NAX stands for New Asset eXchange. At NAX I lead the payments team. During my time here we developed a lot of proof of concept products including:* A credit card to NFT payment gateway.* Self-custody key management system (KMS). This KMS allows for additional bits of private data, such as wallet seed phrases or credit card numbers, to be securely added on the phone to remain encrypted at all times, so that even if our servers were compromised each user’s account would be safe.* Verified digital payments system - a blockchainless method of using digital signatures to replace easily stolen credit card numbers.* Stable coin whitepaper* Multiple wallet apps* Conducted ideation and vision workshops with multiple Fortune 500 companies

Developed and lead product for a stealth blockchain startup studio. Worked directly with the CEO and VP of Engineering to develop the product spec, roadmap, resource plans and technical strategy for a number of products. Projects included* Not For Profit (NFP) donor platform that supported multi-asset donations (cash, stock, crypto and illiquid assets). It allowed for tracking and reporting of donors and assets.* A tokenization framework for illiquid assets that handled asset verification, donor verification, token issuance and was working towards asset lending to provide liquidity for the NFP.* A multi-protocol staking product that allowed users to staking via the web dashboard with built in wallet or via an API for enterprise and institutional clients.

Element Group was an investment bank focused on the crypto space. Its three divisions werefundraising (ICOs), over-the-counter trading (OTC) and asset management. As the VP of ENG, I worked on two main projects: a magento e-commerce system and a CMS. The e-commerce system was put on hold, but the CMS was released.During my time there I lead a team of 6 developers to rewrite the front and backend for www.whowhatwear.com. Key to this project was our use of github for code management and a CI server with static code analysis to keep code quality high. The CMS was deployed to AWS and makes use of Varnish (content) and a CDN (assets). Fluid is a high end agency and product company. I helped develop e-commerce websites. During my time here I worked on projects for the North Face, Benefit Cosmetics, JELD-Wen, and as a team lead for Life is Good.During my time at Fluid I was able to utilize a number of varied technologies for our various clients:* PHP / Symfony* Demandware* Node.jsI also helped lead the engineering weekly team meeting and lead discussions of new technologies.

Developed and SEOed DSNews.com. Created a custom CMS for editors to publish articles, add photos, and other content. The CMS automatically did SEO best practices of updating the sitemap, pretty urls, and pinged the major 3 search engines of the new content. With the redesign the sites traffic grew from 12k to 52k unique visitors in just 3 months. Develop some other internal products as well and other brand sites.

This startup was a family friendly social network. The site had 3-4 million unique visitors a month, with over 200,000 visitors in one day. Since it was a family friendly site, all user content (videos, pictures, comments, etc) was reviewed by customer service representatives. I designed the system that handled this approval process. I also helped to develop the ad portion of the site that handled the configuration and delivery of ads from the DART ad network. This system sent user and content related tags to the DART ad server. These tags allowed us to target users by age, or content by genre. I also helped develop the social networking aspects of the site. This job involved a lot of refactoring of quickly written code from its beginning.

This was a startup company, it generated and sold leads for auto dealerships. I was the only developer at this company. For this company, I wrote a custom application that collected the applications. The applications were then placed in a custom selloff engine that used SOAP and XML calls to try to sell the lead off to 20 different companies all in an automated manner. The application also managed over 500K keywords with Google, Yahoo and MSN’s pay per click programs. The code was kept in a Subversion repository. The application’s data was aggregated into a quick view dashboard that was able to let the user know how the system was performing.

Heritage Auctions is an auction house for a variety of items from coins, to currency, to movie posters, to fine art. The bulk of their business is in coins, but they are aggressively expanding into other markets.I work in the IT department. I am the lead developer for the VirtualBourse(www.virtualbourse.com) product. VirtualBourse allows coin and currency dealers to enter there inventory into the system. Once entered it provides price guide valuations and population report data for the items. The items can then be sold on Heritage's Website (HA.com)I have also helped with a couple other projects:-Gavel Prices (www.gavelprices.com) - I designed the initial database and spiders for this site.-Heritage Live (www.ha.com/live) - This is real time live auction software. I helped build the video plug-in installer, as well as added during the design of the messaging system that handles the bidding.

I worked on the Rapid Response Team as a software development. The company's primary focus was processing rebates. My team was responsible for handling one off projects that came up, or were needed before the idea could be fully integrated into the company's main platform.

This was a small web design shop. I handled writing custom web pages and other web design related duties. I worked full time in the summer and over Christmas break and part time while at school for this company.
