Professional internship in the commercial area. The main task was to position the brands "Corona" and "Stella Artois" in thirty points of sale belonging to the on trade channel through promotion activities. Create, maintain and encourage client loyalty. The main activities performed were: Supervising the advertising agency in the point of sale (6 to 7 people daily) so they achieved what was expected from them. This required me to solve different on-site problems which needed me to act fast and take decisions under pressure. Develop a trusting relation with business owners and managers which allowed the correct implementation of the brand activities and convicing them that these activities were beneficial to their business. Prepare data analysis comparing commercial weeks with the year before to understand and measure the impact of the activities performed in the volume of sales.

After doing my internship the previous year I was called to replace the treassury assistant, reporting to the finance manager and the sub manager of accounting and treassury. The main tasks I performed where daily bank reconcilliation for 9 accounts, generation and receipt of payment, mutual fund calculations and periodic checks of investment expiration dates to avoid having idle money.The main challenge was to take all the knowledge acquired in my internship and use it to work independently, helping the team achieve their goals not as an intern but as a team member.

Internship where I had to do bank reconcilliations, generate and receipt of payments and mutual funds calculations. I could perform this tasks with no problems due to the accounting knowledge acquired in University. Besides, I was asked to reduce the uncollectible accounts, and I was able to recover 80% of it. To achieve this I had to email the debtor companies and then call the ones that did not answer. In parallel, I had to update the database. In this time I was able to become part of the team, showing commitment with the job by extending the working hours when needed to achieve our team goals. This allowed me to establish a trusting relation which coworkers and superiors, which then translated in being called afterwards for another role.
