I believe myself to be a proactive, analytical and perhaps even a determined individual who is interested in enhancing myself to bring value to the society. During my years in academia, I have taken up leadership roles in distinct fields, be it in class or clubs/societies to see how well I lead and work with others. As an ex-student, I participated in events or competitions that have no correlation with my degree as a means to get to know how different minds think and how does the world around me work. This is all in an effort to increase my perceived soft and hard skills to aid me in bringing value to this society. I went to partake in internships regularly during every summer break and I would believe that in doing so, I have equipped myself with the basic knowledge and experience in both the human resources and mental health sector.
