I am an attorney in Brazil since 2005 and I handle multidisciplinary cases involving compliance and Administrative law, specially public contracts, government procurement, and defense from sanctions and penalties.My public career is currently conducted at the Federal District, where I run offices mainly responsible for Budget, Finance, Procurement, Contracts, Compliance and General Administration. After running the 2015-2016 mandate as Subsecretary-General for the Federal District Executive Brench and occupying seats such as Chief Legal Counsel for the Secretary of State, I help companies with their legal affairs and objectives involving Public Procurements and Public Policy with the Brazilian federal government, including regulatory agencies and external auditing courts.As a law professor, I trained more than 2600 students and lectured in multiple countries. As a member of the Academic Council, I participate in both strategic and operational decisions of our Law School.My local and international law practices include drafting legal documents, negotiating with private and public parties, attending to court, running researches and coordinating international law between partner law firms around the globe.
