Hospital Victoria, is one of the most important hospitals in Cancun, Quintana Roo. The hospital services which Victoria offers are 20 hospitalization rooms, intensive care unit, hemodinamycs (CAT LAB), 2 surgery rooms, 1 endoscopy suite, urgencies 24/7, screening (MRI, CT, US, MG, RX), laboratory and external consult.During my period in Victoria, we were able to build a better administration such as having KPI's more organized for different areas and improve administrative processes, increase revenue and EBITDA and inaugurate more hospital rooms due to patient demand and a new Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) area.

Radiocare is a Teleradiology company that provides image interpretation services to more than 50 health centers all over México, also administrates and operates imaging departments in Hospitals and Health Centers.In charge of the commercial department of the company and the Teleradiology department, making sure our clients are satisfied with our medical services, that interpretations get delivered in time, seek business growth with internal clients and develop comercial strategies to attract more clients.- Implemented new KPI's for the Teleradiology department- Developed and executed a comercial strategy all over México to achieve growth- Increased 60% revenues for the Teleradiology department- Surpass the expected 2018 budget in Teleradiology department

Hospital San Pedro is an ambulatory/short-stay surgical hospital. Services include 3 Operating rooms, hospitalization (11 beds), imaging, laboratory, consulting rooms and 24 hour emergency reception. Report 50 persons.- Responsible for the whole administration and operation of the Hospital.- Achieved a new Ophthalmology service in the Operating Rooms.- Implemented an ERP aiming to measure KPI's for the different business units in the organization and to have more control of the administration.- Created a Tomography room for urgencies and diagnostics for doctors.- Negotiated a partnership with a laboratory to have on-site sample processing so patients and doctors receive their results faster.- Increased from 40 private surgeries to 120 private surgeries per month.- Started the process of acquiring national health certification (Certificación del Consejo de Salubridad General).
