I oversee the provision of all curatorial and archaeological support on projects ranging from multimillion-pound conservation projects to new shelves in the stationary cupboard (and everything in between).- Acting as sole buildings curator for HCP, gardens and parkland. Provided curatorial and conservation advice and services for all projects with potential to impact the buildings or landscape. - Responsibility for the recruitment and development of a multi-disciplinary team working across a wide variety of projects and internal clients.- Design, procurement and management of archaeological research and mitigation projects including the most complex archaeological project ever undertaken at HCP; the replacement of the Electrical Ring Main.- Developing new systems for planning and procuring archaeological projects within HRP to minimise risks to budget and programme. Building organisational understanding and support for the changes, developing new business processes, and delivering group and 1-2-1 training in the new systems.- Providing curatorial support and advice on public facing projects including exhibitions, public events, development of core visitor routes, and other onsite visitor facilities.- Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders including trustees, local and national planning authorities, tenants, major donors, visitors, and HRP members.- Acting as a public voice for HRP by delivering public talks and working with local, national, international and specialist media companies to provide print, digital, TV and radio content.- Designing the content programme and editing the HRP Curators Blog. - Supported the design and development of the award winning Cumberland Art Gallery Conservation Project.- Negotiated conservation issues with internal stakeholders and English Heritage.- Acted as lead curator on the “Baroque Story”, an immersive digital exhibition at Hampton Court Palace.

- Acted as lead archaeologist on a variety of small projects across the South East of England.- Authored technical reports, risk assessments, project specifications and publications.- Liaised with clients, consultants and curators.

Structural analysis and recording of historic buildings in central London, technical drawing of elevations, sections and plans of buildings, documentary research, overseeing watching briefs on historic buildings.

Archaeological excavation and recording on both greenfield and urban sites in the West Midlands, post excavation finds processing, archiving, total station survey.
