I am currently a student at the University of North Texas at Dallas pursing a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management.I completed my Associate of Arts at Tarrant County College in August 2021. I was able to take many business courses taught by some fantastic professors. I expanded my knowledge in accounting and economics. I had to quickly adapt to virtual learning, and during that, I was able to become self-sufficient and better manage my time. I had to think of innovative ways to better communicate with my professors and fellow classmates. My past work experiences have molded me into a well-rounded individual. I have been able to do all sorts of corporate duties. From administrative, to leading teams. I’ve had to plan company town halls, philanthropic events, and think of new ways to uphold company morale. What sets me apart is my real-world work experience and educational background. Being able to do both work and school full time has made me an exceptional multitasker. I have a strong work ethic, eager to learn new things, a natural born leader, and thrive in facilitating the growth of the company.I have applied everything I’ve learned to my personal life as well. It has helped strengthen my interpersonal relationships, and even in the hobbies I participate it. I now excel in networking with individuals in all sorts of careers.I am excited and looking forward to the growth and knowledge I will be getting in Human Resources during my time at the University of North Texas at Dallas.
