To get more customer time, more useful time to sell better and more...I would have loved to get such information directly available, instead of searching and (re)reading inadequate and similar documents... only to end up with my own local document database!But, there's already a lot: -> exhaustive, long, detailed documents that take so long to read and where updates are hard to identify; -> training "just to know", time-consuming and not immediately applied, so forgotten; -> over-enthusiastic battle-cards; -> customer references for which no one knows what the customer does exactly; -> win presentations that don't provide the keys to success...Let me put myself in "my old shoes" to provide actionable, targeted and concise answers: · documents, presentations, videos to know what to do ("actionable"), · for this specific case ("targeted"), · without having to read a lot and synthesize on my own ("concise") · and all structured the same way for easy comparison.More work upstream for Product Marketers but much more efficiency for the sales teams downstream.My added value: · present complex things a simple way, with impactful images and stories in which listeners can project themselves and see their benefits; · product launches, evangelize, take teams along with me, imagine new use cases, discover technologies...; · build and run presentations internally, to customers, to partners in front of small groups or large audiences.And if I don't know something, I learn, fast.To broaden my experience and discover all the facets of Product Marketing, I take intensive training courses: Product Marketing Alliance, Crayon...I want my teams to be "armed & dangerous", super-efficient with customers.Happy Selling!
