•Manage a diverse team of 12 Rite Aid retail employees across all shifts. Responsible for all retail staffing which includes scheduling, hiring, training, promoting and developing employees across the enterprise. This includes monthly and annual performance reviews. •Gathers documentation (e.g. financial records, inventory levels, compliance, asset protection) from various data sources and assists in the distribution to corporate leaders in order to maintain store requirements.•Schedule and organize weekly crew meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes and agendas, process and file forms and documentation for immediate supervisors. •Manage store inventory levels by collecting and providing data from various computer systems to effectively evaluate processes and performance on a weekly basis. Responsible for maintaining min max levels of all retail inventory levels.•Collect data from internal suppliers (distribution centers) relating to schedules, projected ship dates, and tracking information of all store inventory. •Primary point of contact for all third party vendors and suppliers, coordinating material management and logistics processes. This includes delivery and receipt of all inventory.
