CurrentTalent Recruiter:• Manage recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, handling job postings, interviewing candidates, and coordinating meetings with hiring managers at their convenience.• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.• Manage the applicant tracking system and keep candidate information up to date.Benefits Administrator:• Assist new employees in understanding benefit options and guide them through the enrollment process.• Address employee inquiries about benefits, eligibility, coverage, and claims, and assist in resolving benefit-related issues and discrepancies.• Communicate benefit changes, updates, and open enrollment periods to employees.Payroll Administrator:• Process and maintain accurate payroll records and ensure the confidentiality of employee information.• Address employee questions and concerns related to payroll, taxes, deductions, and pay stubs.• Accurately and timely calculate and process employee wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.LMS Administrator (Training Platforms):• Manage platforms by setting up user accounts, administering access levels, and ensuring the system operates according to needs.• Generate reports on training completion, progress, and performance metrics to track employee development and compliance.• Identify training needs within the organization through feedback, performance evaluations, or skills gap assessments.
