Including new software features and hardware cost reductions. The PARTNER Advanced Communication Systems have more than 1.3 Million systems sold as of February 2007. • Defined interface and system requirements for Business Wireless Phones, a joint development with an OEM supplier.• Specified capacity limits for Avaya Communication Manager, an enterprise VoIP PBX. • Member of the development team that developed requirements for new product releases.• Implemented IP Office field trials and VoIP solutions on customer locations. • Developed thorough test plans and executed plans promoting high quality products on schedule.• Developed requirements for a variety of business telephone systems to ISO 9000 quality standards where I maintained quality records and participated in ISO quality audits.
