Managed a portfolio of disability-related programs such as the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Program, Wounded Warrior Fellowship, and Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP). My responsibilities included the recruitment and hiring of Schedule A and 30%+ Comp Disabled Veteran talent via non-competitive direct hire authorities, as well as providing internship opportunities for Wounded Warriors. In the two years I managed the PWD Program, my efforts led to the hiring of approximately 120 applicants or 24% of all agency hires. I also hosted four Wounded Warriors, was awarded by the WRP as the "2021 Outstanding Workforce Recruitment Program Coordinator of the Year", and was a primary stakeholder in the federal government's first Neurodiversity Federal Workforce Pilot where NGA hired high-functioning Autistic individuals after they successfully completed their externship requirements. As an advocate for the hiring and retention of persons with disabilities, I serve on the agency's Accessibility Council, Disability Advisory Council, Neurodiversity Committee as well as the DoD Disability Program Manager Working Group.

Supervised Imagery Analysts conducting third-phase facility targeting analysis in support of PACOM, Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) and U.S. Forces Korea target intelligence requirements. Collected and analyzed IMINT from NTM, commercial providers and airborne assets. Conducted database research, functional area breakout, and precise mensuration of C4ISR-related critical elements for over 1000 electronic target packages. NGA Certified Precise Point Dropper for Autonomous Precision Guided Munitions. Deployed to CENTCOM and SOCOM HQs in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom to provide battlefield commanders with real-time, accurate mensuration data for time sensitive precision guided munitions. As an Intelligence Specialist assigned to the Carrier Intelligence Center (CVIC), supported the Air Wing and provided hostile indications and warning to the CO to defend the ship against enemy forces. Collected, processed, analyzed, evaluated and disseminated intelligence data. Drafted and presented over 100 current intelligence briefings to command staff. Operated the ship’s Secure Closed Circuit Television System (SCCTV) system for the dissemination of all pre-mission Intel briefings to squadron ready rooms. As a member of the Strike Mission Planning Team, provided threat recognition of enemy anti-air weapon systems, targeting and battle damage assessment (BDA) for air-combat operations directly contributing to the successful delivery of 1.5 million pounds of ordnance without the loss of a single aircraft.As a team member of the CVIC’s SUPPLOT Team provided tactical indications and warning, intelligence support to the ship, air wing, embarked carrier group staff, and to the composite warfare commanders. SUPPLOT serves as a focal point and fusion center for All-Source operational intelligence information.
