Functional Management of 18-20 Engineers concurrently while leading project management activities across a separate 30 engineers on multi million dollar contact and capital efforts.

-Design, Build, Debug, Integrate, and Sell-off of test equipment (Test Stations and other hardware) to test a wide variety of products to performance specifications including RF, Phase Noise, Continuity and Isolation Testing...ect-Lead multiple concurrent projects which are continually managed against budgets and schedules. -Interact with vendors and many different groups across the company on a regular basis to accomplish these tasks.-Initiate 6s (Six Sigma) projects to improve processes or products. Costs and schedule benefits from these projects are aligned to best fit with corporate goals.-Mentor new engineers to reduce on-boarding time and improve their productivity.

-Assist underclassmen with their electrical engineering questions and class work.

-Assist customers in finding the right computer or accessory to match their needs.-Inform customers of related products and services offered in the store.
