As the Managing Director at Dyson Farming, I bring over 25 years of experience in the fresh produce, food and farming industries. I joined Dyson Farming in January 2022, after leading Love Beets, a successful food brand in the USA, for four and a half years. Before that, I held various positions at G's, a leading fresh salads and vegetables producer in the UK, Europe & North America, where I had the opportunity to work my way from Factory Manager to divisional Managing Director, via Operational, Sales & Marketing roles. I have a passion for delivering high-quality products to customers, while ensuring sustainability, innovation, and efficiency in the supply chain. I have developed and executed multiple strategies to grow market share, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction, working with diverse and talented teams across different geographies and cultures.
