Senior Scrum Master working on Ethics and Compliance solutions for PwC. Started 4 teams from ground zero in a Scrum @ Scale project. From there, moved to work with 4 other teams and participated at the second level of Scrum of Scrums. The last team was a Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence solution still in the Ethics and Compliance space. Provided guidance on how to use Azure DevOps to manage product backlog items on the Product Backlog Kanban board to get them to our Definition of Ready and then complete sprint backlog items using Scrum and the Taskboard.As an Agile Coach, ensured that the Product Owner maintained the product mission and vision. Worked with all teams to create team norms such as Definition of Ready and Definition of Done. Suggested that we rearrange the Scaled Product Review to have focused sections tailored to each set of stakeholders. This was very successful and we had much more participation from the stakeholder community.

Jagged Peak provides SaaS e-Commerce and Total Commerce solutions for a wide variety of industries.As Senior Solutions Owner in the Professional Services department, my job was to consult with clients to create Business Requirements Documents, work with technical resources and fulfillment operations to define the overall solution, create a solution backlog, lead the delivery of the solution to go-live, provide initial production support, and then handoff to the support team.We used Confluence for solution and process documentation and Jira for Agile delivery management.

As a Senior Manager in the Marketing Department, I had a small team of individuals that performed agile facilitation (ScrumMasters/Agile Coaches), business analysis, project management, process definition and documentation, training, and quality assurance.Initially, led the effort to rebuild the LabTechSoftware.com, ScreenConnect.com, and ConnectWise.com websites. To achieve this, I began by introducing the Marketing Web Development team to the concepts and values of Agile and implementing Scrum as our Agile Software Development methodology. I later extended the Agile Mindset and Practices to the entire Marketing Department. Depending on the type of engagement, the project management would include environment setup, third party licensing and hardware procurement, integration development, website design, test plan development, end-to-end test execution coordination, standard operating procedure and training material development, and personnel training. A typical workload would be 4 to 8 major implementations and 2 to 5 smaller work orders.

ScrumMaster for myWebServices. myWebServices developed Digital Direct Marketing solutions under the brand nukleus (www.nukleus.com). Formalized the Scrum development process. Groomed product backlog with the business owner. Ran Sprint Planning meetings, Daily Stand-Ups, and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Assisted with testing by creating Selenium scripts.Project Manager for new version MarineMax website. MarineMax is the nation’s largest recreational boat and yacht retailer. Participated in the selection of the Website Content Management System (Sitecore), selection of the implementation partner (Digitaria), and selection of the inventory management tool to feed boat inventory to the website (BoatWizard from Dominion Marine). Managed the project requirements and tasks as well as coordinated effort from the implementation partner, the vendor of the inventory management tool, and the internal development and infrastructure teams. Assisted in the QA process by writing and executing test scripts.

Savtira provided eCommerce Cloud solutions including customized eStores, Cloud Lockers that allow web users to manage their digital media products, and a Digital Locker Client to play their digital media.Led most projects including client on-boarding, vendor on-boarding and integration, engineering projects like bringing up new data centers, and development projects for new versions of the basic eStore, Cloud Locker, and Digital Locker Client.In addition, I interviewed and recommended new developers and infrastructure administrators for WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Commerce Server, HTTP Server, and DB2.Finally, along with the CTO, I helped select new technologies such as Git, JBoss ESB, Scala, Lift Framework, Hadoop, and Cassandra as well as defined the development procedures and methodologies.

Defined development methodology (Agile/Scrum) and assigned tasks to resources. Managed development of eCommerce application by incrementally delivering new functionality. Ensured quality of content and features by defining QA process, creating test plans, and verifying functionality against requirements. Worked with systems and development groups to define installation and back out procedures. Tested implementation and deployed new features into production environment. Monitored performance and functioning of production system. Reviewed Google analytics to determine how well website was reaching target market.Project Manager and primary Technology Lead for Cognos redesign as part of the migration project from a homegrown Sales Force application to Oracle CRM On-Demand and BigMachines configuration and quoting solution. Worked with Senior Leadership, Accounting, and Purchasing to review current reporting capabilities, determined phase 1 project requirements, designed fact and dimension tables, and mapped current data structure to new design.Designed, implemented, configured, monitored, and managed application infrastructure for all RedHat applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for finance and fulfillment, homegrown Sales Force Automation application, Vertex O-Series Tax Calculation, and TIBCO Server Integration Bus. Installed and configured Oracle 10g Application Server and Development Suite. Created performance testing sandbox on Red Hat Linux with JBoss and using The Grinder to create workload. Used Hammer to create Tcl scripts for load generation. Ran performance tests and tuned Application Server and Database.Infor - Epiphany Application Scale Out on RHEL – Installed and configured Kickstart provisioning server (DNS, DHCP, TFTP, PXELINUX). Created Kickstart template configuration files for WebLogic 8.1 Application Servers and Apache 2.0 Web Servers. Generated specific Kickstart configuration files using AWK/SED to extract information from DNS zone files and fill in server specific information in template. Had International Territory. Made Presidents club in 2000. Sold first i2 CM deal to GE Appliance in Mexico City. Other major clients included Corning Cable Systems and Acer Australia
