I oversee all staff and aspects of CAMBA College Bound, SYEP Community Based and CareerReady, Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (CAPP), Enough is Enough (EIE), and Safe Dates.

We began The Vidya Project with the desire to empower students everywhere, but particularly in rural areas, with the knowledge and tools to become changemakers in their communities. To accomplish this we partner with schools and other non-profits in order to provide technology, mentorships, bespoke project-based curriculum, workshops, and any other resources, knowledge, and opportunity to equip students with what they need to make a difference. Currently we operate in Gurgaon, India, Freetown, Sierra Leone, and locally in NYC.*My work focuses on overseeing all business development (fundraising strategy, sponsorship procurement, strategic partnerships, communications, marketing, and content development) and long-term strategic growth planning.*Additionally, I produce and host our official podcast Vidya Voice, which highlights unique voices and stories from all over the world. Partnered with visionary business leaders and executives from more than 300 Fortune 1000 companies from all over the world to drive transformational learning experiences and high-impact engagements with their senior leaders that align business strategy with leadership development. Specifically, I focused on developing relationships with business leaders at organizations in the NY Financial Sector, France, Germany, Israel, New Zealand, and Australia.

*In this role, which combined consulting/coaching and client management, I worked with leaders and teaches from K12 schools and school districts to design and implement strategic plans for innovative solutions and overall growth. *As a voice in the marketing, partnership, and sales teams, I helped set new strategic directions geared towards overall growth.

Led a period of substantial growth by spearheading a 1:1 iPad program for the largest Catholic high school in the country, supporting a four-year rollout with professional development, coaching, redesigned curriculum, and enhanced marketing. Consistently recognized cross-departmentally as a paragon of innovative instructional practices and student engagement. Designed and led immersive ELL program.Organized and led overseas educational experiences.

I supported this small but successful school, as they shifted their organizational and academic models to one that is more innovative and that better meets the needs of their student population.

Arranged and supervised internships and service work for 30 students with over 50 nonprofits in DC/MD/VA. Maintained and enhanced database of non-profit organizations, service hours, and feedback. Instructed curriculum on leadership, civil service learning, and community building.
