Qualified as Site Security Manager and serves in this position during the absence of the Site Security Manager. May also be deployed to support other critical infrastructure sites.Qualified as both Responder and Control Room Supervisor, fills these positions as required during periods of increased activity, during staffing shortfalls at the site, or at the direction of the Site Security Manager. Serves as the first tier of technology management support for the site Security team; including computer systems troubleshooting, recurring computer maintenance, software updates, hardware installation, maintenance escalation, and peer-to-peer collaboration to address program-wide improvements. Assigned overall responsibility for the training and certification of all security personnel on the datacenter Security team and maintains requisite documentation of training accomplished. Makes use of the program’s existing training programs, and coordinates with the Training Manager and the local supporting Securitas branches when required. Serves as the primary administrative assistant to the Site Security Manager. At the Site Security Managers direction, performs or helps to perform any function of the site Security team, including, but not limited to: managing site shift schedules, inspecting site life safety equipment, assisting in the conduct of audits of the site access list in the access control program, managing the site DCAT Security Dashboard, and ensuring that non-disclosure agreements and Work Rules are properly filled out, noted, and archived. Closely manages the site DCAT Security Dashboard to ensure compliance with applicable directives.
